Bob Baxter died on February 25 in Burlington, Ontario. He had been a member of Peace Magazine‘s editorial group and was active in Science for Peace. A biochemist, he had worked in Ottawa for the National Research Council for some years after receiving his doctorate, then taught at Haile Selassie University (now Addis Ababa University) in Ethiopia for ten years before returning to a research post in Burlington. We miss him.
